AAC block making machine with high market share & competitive price
Aerated concrete block equipment hot selling:
AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Introduction
Areated concrete brick (light weight AAC block) is the light and porous building material. It has light keeping temperature cant burn and other
advantages. It can be made into many kinds of bricks, they could be used industry building and common building.
So AAC block is becoming more and more popular in the world, at last, it will replace the Clay brick completely in the future.
1. Market Analysis:
AAC is becoming more and more popular around the world, from western countries and then to developing countries. Below Properties make
AAC have unmatchable property, especially for high buildings:
1) Extreme Light Weight.
2) Large Variety of Sizes.
3) High Fire Resistant.
4) Excellent Thermal Insulation.
5) Great Sound Insulation.
6) Moisture Protection.
7) Termite Resistant.
8) High Workability and Easy Processing.
AAC is processed into various types & sizes of block and insulation products and widely used in different industrial and civil construction.
2. There are two types of concrete:
1) Compacted Concrete: 1,600~2,400 Kg/m3.
2) Light weight Concrete as following:
a. Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (Ceram site Concrete, Perlite Concrete): 800~1,800 Kg/m3.
b. Porous Concrete (Foam Concrete, Aerated Concrete): 400~700 Kg/m3.
3. Static stop maintenance: Most commonly used AAC is steam cured silicate concrete. There are two curing methods:
1) Atmospheric Pressure: Saturate Steam Curing, 100°C
2) Autoclave Curing: 174.5~200.5°C, 0.8~1.5 MPa.
4.Energy Consumption Comparison of Different External Wall Material:
Material | Thickness (cm) | Energy Consumption per m2 for wall (Kg: Standard Coal)
for Block | for Cement, Quicklime | for Steel | Total
Fly ash AAC | 20 | 6.92 | 4.6 | 3.5 | 15.02 |
Concrete Block | 37 | 14.58 | 4.6 | 3.5 | 22.68 |
Lime-Sand Brick | 37 | 23.33 | 4.03 | 0.57 | 27.93 |
Ceramsite Concrete | 28 | 43.00 | 1.16 | 3.48 | 47.64 |
Solid Clay Brick | 37 | 21.67 | 4.03 | 0.57 | 26.27 |
4. Raw Material Demand:
AAC can be produced with sand, mineral slag, flay ash, tailings, coal gangue, quicklime (CaO) and cement, as well as various industrial
wastes according to actual availability of raw material and production technology.
AAC can be easily processed and reconditioned. Sawing, plating, drilling, nailing, etc, are applied on AAC to make it more widely applied
in construction.
